Off Roading Oil Levels

So - when an engine is overfilled with oil the crank shaft hits the top of the oil and we get frothing. The air bubbles cause hiccups in moments of needed lubrication. All that out of the way.. I am wondering if it would be better to have my oil dip stick reading on the lower side when planning for off-camber driving. Thoughts? - Also as an FYI I bought a Fumoto valve and the oil pan on the 6.8l prevents me from being able to rotate the valve and screw it in. I could probably find a 1" straight pipe adapter but has anyone else solved this problem before? Fumoto oil drain valve oil changes are soooo easy compared to traditional.

No. Maintain normal oil fill levels.

Jeep uses baffles in the oil pans on their pickup trucks and SUVs for this very reason. I wonder if Ford or other manufacturers do the same?

If you want a fumoto, you have to get the angled M12X1.75 version that looks like a banjo bolt. F107SX is the part number if my poor memory serves.

There are other drain valve options as well.
