For a leveling kit, just use a spacer kit. I think I got mine for $25 bucks off eBay or Amazon. All they are is aluminum or steel blocks. Nothing to it. So do not overpay for a "name brand". I got the 1.5" for my 2019 and it's perfect. I still have just a very slight bit of rake which is great because I do haul and tow with the truck.
For tires, I run 35x12.50R18 and it's as close to rubbing as I could get without rubbing. Anything larger and you'll need to do some additional measures to make them fit good. When I turn my wheels I can't even put a finger between the splash guard and tire....but it doesn't rub.
