1996 E-350 RV question
So, I have a 1996 E-350 motor home I’m trying to get running right. It has the 460 in it. It sat for years before I started working on it. It did not run until the fuel pump and filter were replaced.
It is only running on 4 cylinders (The passenger side bank). The drivers side bank appears to be contributing little to nothing and running rich. Spark plugs on the drivers side bank are dry, but black and sooty. The cat is also getting red hot.
Compression is good. Fuel pressure is good. Appear to be getting good pulse on the injectors. Getting good spark.
It’s got a new fuel pump, fuel filter, distributor, plugs, and wires. Any direction to go in would be very much appreciated.

Does fuel pressure hold after the engine is shut off or drop to zero? It should hold and maybe slowly bleed off over several hours not drop to zero within seconds.
Also look for raw fuel in the vacuum line attached to the FPR, if there is then the diaphram in the regulator has ruptured and that fuel is sucked into the intake via the vacuum tree.

Your processor may be shot
Check the codes, check the processor output to the injectors with a noid light
Verify the map sensor output PID or the pounds per hour from the MAF using a NGS
Your OBD1 will output PIDS but you need an expensive scan tool to read them
I would first check all the basics again, like the firing order and the timing
Use a light and have the spout plug out
Run through that firing order again
