Pressure testing coolant in my engine after I tore it apart in order to replace all the gaskets and seals, as well as add head studs. I've solved every leak but at 10psi I'm leaking in what I suspect to be the heater core. It's an open tube below the heater box. Any idea what this is? Or is it a drain for a condensation and the pressure is pushing it out the drain?
by the looks of the hose i am assuming the truck has air conditioning. that is the A/C drain, and since coolant is coming out of it yes, the heater core is most likely leaking.
