I’ve had my 2018 F250 for about a yr now and doing maintenance as I’m just over 100k miles. I was going to replace the crankcase breather, however, mine is different than what I was expecting. Mine does not have the perimeter bolts that you remove to pull the top cover off and replace the filter, instead, it looks beaded/sealed??

Yep, pretty typical for the SRW trucks, especially the 250 (never seen a 250 with a serviceable CCV). It's a sealed, filterless box. They do occasionally fail and it might still be a good idea to swap it out.
