Not widowmakers. Good. Locking ring wheels are "safe" if handled correctly. You may have to shop around for a truck tire shop that will work on them as it's "work" to deal with them.
Not the original carb, which would have been a governed Holley 2bbl, 2300 series iirc.

Haven't heard it run yet. but the oil/coolant leak by the thermostat housing is a small concern. along with all the silver/gray silicon/manifold goo.
