I recently bought a box truck trailer. The bed floor is shot but I want to stay in budget. However, locating a replacement box's has been hard. The box appears to be 67-72 but mounts only in the 4 corners and not in the 4 center bed mounts over the axle. They are approximately 2 inches inward from the frame. My question is, could I have a different wheelbase box on a different f100 chassis? It's and 8' box with a 9" 5 lug.
Again, the 4 center bed mounts over the axle are approximately 2 inches inward from the frames mount holes. Any help is much appreciated.
