Negative camber help please

Hello, I have a 1994 f250 2wd with the 460 auto. It’s newer to me, purchased just for a firewood truck.
it has negative camber only on passenger side. Not sure where to start but I’m not trusting my alignment shops around me. I took it to kal tire and they said they can’t do it without replacing ball joints but they were replaced by previous owner with receipt. Anyways..
passenger side has new upper and lower ball joints.
I have ordered adjustable camber caster sleeve, and the twin I beam axle bushings. I’ll see if I can get a pic uploaded.
thank you

That camber is so far negative, that I would suspect the ball joints (again) or worse
Like the axle pivot brackets on the frame crossmember coming loose or broken
Go ahead and get a hex head 2.5 degree cam in there with the hole set all the way outboard
I see your original cam was being used as a caster cam and was at the zero position for camber (notice the ball joint stud rearward of the slot on the knuckle)
You want your stud all the way out, and can live with a slight caster imbalance or you can adjust the caster on the left side to cure any pulls right
You might can tell I did alignments for years and years at a Ford dealer
Shake the front end down yourself
See if there are any loose parts yourself
Visually inspect the bolts that bolt the axle pivot brackets to the frame and also the radius rod bushings

Can we see a picture of the whole truck from the front? If it has a lean as bad as it looks in that pic something is broken or bent.

thanks for your reply. Just waiting on parts from rock auto to arrive. I’ve jacked up passenger side and there was no play with the ball joints. I’ll do the camber adjustment sleeve and I beam axle bushings and see. I don’t want to dump too much money into this. Only wanting to fix camber best I can so I don’t eat through tires. It’s just a town , wood truck. Paid 800$cad for it.

When were the ball joints replaced - miles/km's and calandar? What brand? Was an alignment done after, with a reciept? If it were me, Id be pulling the knuckle off and having a good look around..

Off topic.. Looks pretty good for an $800 wood truck...

You will need to have an alignment but only after all the broken pieces are replaced or welded back together.
