I have a set of the factory brushed...not polished...16" set that came off my 2000 F350. I need to put them up for sale...thinking you might be interested, but you're up state and I'm in south Texas. I upgraded both trucks to the 2004 18" wheels and have a 3rd set I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with them...
Brushed factory wheels...
04 King Ranch wheels with 33" tires...
04 Lariat wheels with 35" tires...
yeah i really like those in the top photo. The brushed factory. My only concern is how theyd look on 35’s with a 4” lift. I plan to eventually drop the truck to a 2.5” level which I think would look good with that exact set up you have. What did you plan to sell em for? No clue what shipping would be. Not sure Im coming to texas any time soon haha.
Personally, I am not a fan of the Lariat or King Ranch wheels but understand why people like em.
Here is a better view of my current set up. Dont hate it but not in love either. I took the plastic lug nut covers off which made it look better imo. I think it could also be the aggressive tires that I dont like. I prefer most things stock.

They still have good all terrain tires...285/75/16...on them from Discount Tire with certs. I just had them balanced prior to removing them and putting the other wheels/tires on. Have no idea what they're worth but will look to see what's fair. I think those brushed wheels only came on 99-00 trucks from what I can tell...I know my dads 01 had the polished wheels on it.
I hear you on the knobby aggressive tires. I have the Mastercraft Courser CXT 35" tires on my truck. I like the look but not the ride/noise, so I may put another set of the Goodyear Wrangler with Kevlar 275/70/18 tires...likes on the Excursion...on the extra set of 04 18" Lariat wheels I have. That way I can run those in the summer time and/or on road trips.

I don't normally like black wheels, but those are nice given the two tone aluminum colors in the inserts and perimeter beads. That's something I've been looking at doing to the extra set of 04 wheels...if I can figure out where to pull in some aluminum color like yours...
The only thing is that the stock wheels are too skinny IMO, even with 285's they looked to bulged.
I'm a sucker for Weld's Super Singles but since they don't make them anymore I went to the closest look a like wheel and went with Raceline Stone Crusher's which are a 16x10 wheel, and with 285 75 16 IMO they look good on these trucks as well as the older trucks

yeah i think it was the black wheel thing that threw me off too. They didnt look near as good with the plastic center caps. But they are growing on me. They are the fuel revolver 17” if you were interested in looking online.

Lord no...I already have 3-4 extra sets of wheels for these 2 trucks. That's the other thing with me going black with them, the plastic center lug nut covers are chrome...which is why I'm wanting to bring out some aluminum on the wheel so as not to look like a po po vehicle. I could use the Limited covers on there now which may help given they're black in the center and not all chrome...
These are 16x7. Is that the factory spec for 99-04? I assume something like this could bolt right on? Sorry I am illiterate with wheel jargon.
16x7 is the size specified on the door jamb of my '02. The same as was on my e99. But each truck had the 265/75s with the 16x8 rims when I bought them. 16x7 is perfect for the 235/85s I have on the truck now.
