egr cooler replacement
2018 F250 6.7...........my buddy just bought this truck used, it has the cooler delete but the seller is including the oem unit. My buddy wants it back on, has all the new gaskets and a replacement core from Doorman, pipes, etc. He's more than capable of installing this cooler himself, but will he need Forscan or anything or simple plug n play? (no this isn't my tuck)

So this truck is deleted and tuned. He needs the original factory tune, the tuner the guy is using and the DPF/SCR and probably the def tank.
I would probably pass on this truck as it will take quite a bit of work and we really don't know all that will be needed to get it right.
