Instrument cluster noise

Instrument cluster noise
I've been having a ringing noise coming from my instrument cluster. It is very quiet but noticeable and annoying. I can only hear it when the info center displays and the mileage lights up. truck can be on or off dosent matter I've pulled fuse number 2 the noise stopped and will return if I plug it back in. Not sure what to do next any suggestions??
