ECM Pins

the Old fords had a 60 pin ECM. I was watching a YouTube video today that showed how to check a few pins to confirm that the tracings are working and have not corroded. Such as PIN 40 to 46 and 60. This apparently shows that those tracings are ok. Is there a way how I can test other tracings on the ECM? I hope this is not confusing. I will link the YouTube video that I watched for more explanation. To be clear I want to use a multimeter to check all the tracings on a ECM board for OB! ford vehicles. In my particular application it is for a 1991 Ford F150 4.9 XLT Lariat 4x4 with automatic transmission.

But
Check the caps and the traces with your eyeballs
A good visual inspection is the way
