Ok lets start off by saying thanks to all for the
feed back. I have a 96 f350 7.3 crew with
350,000ish on the clock i bought the truck
about a year ago and the truck ran good. This
is my first time owning a diesel and know
nothing about diesels so i had to learn. one
day i hopped on the freeway started running
weird cel came on and by the time i got home
the light was gone. The truck would not start
after that. Fast forward to a month ago ive
replaced the ipr,icp,cas,fuelpump(all
motorcraft),hpop (cnc stage 1) with my snap
on solus scanner hooked i was getting 200ish
icp. I can jump the ipr with 12v and the truck
will start so i know its not fuel related. Fast
foward to present i bought a used dpc-202
thinking the pcm wasn't controlling the ipr
plug it in and it started and ran 5-550 ipc and
around 15% ipr for about 10 min then got
worse and worse and died now on the scanner
im getting 3500 icp and 95% ipr. I swapped
pcm back to the original and its back to 200
Icp. The video was to big to post so i had to take pics of it. As soon as it hits 500 psi it tries to start but it just stumbles. The last pic is key off
