Question Oil Leak

Have 2000 F250 Diesel. 106K miles. oil is puddling on top of engine but also is dripping from front down tube. No loss of power, no blue smoke out of tail pipe. Runs great. I feel the dealer doesn't have a clue. First they said it was over filled with oil (wasn't) and dirty air filter $120 later still leaked. Then they felt it was bad clamps $400 later still leaked. Now $200 later they say its blow by and motor is toast. Have 350psi on one bank and 420 on the other, from what I can find both are within specs and does not indicate a blow by problem. Again no loss of power or blue smoke.
I believe it's a couple things, O-ring up top on pedistal and seal in turbo. Am I on the right track or is the dealer right. Worked on gas engines for 20 years but am new to the diesels, now have 4 of them.

It could be the turbo pedistal o-rings, high pressure oil pump or the high pressure oil lines. The cheapest way to go is to clean the engine and add dye to the oil. Drive it for awhile and then check the engine with a blacklight to find the source.
