Is the ‘92 F150 5.0 equipped with roller rockers?

Next question is why are you asking?

I do not believe any SBF came with factory roller rockers

Roller cams...yes.

A 1992 model year F-Series 5L engine may have come with a roller cam, but it was tiny.

I have some of those Ford Crane ones on my 88 and HO cam.

As I think of it I may have incorrectly posed the question. I asked about roller rockers when I should have asked if it actually has a roller cam.

Yes, that motor should have a roller cam.

For the 351, yes. The 302 IDK. I know the blocks were roller ready fairly early on. I was thinking they weren't putting them in the 302 until 94.

The 5.0 truck engine used a flat tappet cam up to '91, 92-93 got the small roller cam engine formerly found in the Crown Vic.. because that car started using the brand new 4.6 modular in '92 so there were lots of 5.0 motors sitting around looking for something to do. In '94 both the 5.0 and 5.8 were updated to use the F4TE Explorer roller cam which meant all 5.0 shortblocks built from that point on were exactly the same.
