1996 Explorer Steering Column
What years are compatible with a 96 limited? My Tumblr keeps skipping a gear and it's because of the way they drilled out the old tumbler without a key. Instead of going through the tumbler itself they used a Dremel around the button on the housing so it's loose. I think I'm just going to have to replace the column itself.

Found a good column from a 97 on eBay for $100 plus $63 shipping. Has the multi switch, tumbler with key, ign switch and covers. Basically complete minus the wheel. That will be a lot easier than taking the column apart. Less time too....
