I'm in Australia but assume many other countries have the same issue. I am unable to tune the stock radio to many stations in Australia. It appears that the tuning does not search all the frequencies. It jumps from one whole odd number to the next whole odd number without searching in between.
Is there a change to the Module using ForScan that can correct this?

You can change the tuner region in Forscan from North America, Europe, Japan, Asia Pacific. Is Australia the same as any of these? But I don't know if you need different hardware. I'm sure DAB radio in Europe requires different hardware. The attached screenshot is for 2015-2020 Fords. You need to check the F150 spreadsheet, look at ACM, for your model year.
