Seat heaters not working

2017 F350 Lariat 75k miles 6.7

Wife noticed this morning that the passenger side seat heater wasn't working and neither was the driver's. Not hearing any sort of click when hitting the button as it usually does. The button lights up correctly just not hearing it click on. Assuming a relay? If so where would that be located? Thanks

I never hear any clicking when I turn the seat heaters on or off on my '22.
Very likely some fuse for them, check there first.

Check the plug under the passenger seat. That connector goes south.

Will check for a fuse. Checked the passenger side plug and that seemed fine. Always heard a click when kicking our heater or coolers on for the seats. I just figured it was the blower for the ventilated seats kicking on.

It's possible your TED units have failed but I wouldn't think they would all fail at once. Do you have FORSCAN or a way to see if the TED's are kicking on?

Have a bad Ted in my 2017 driver's seat that makes the heat function not work. Passenger side works fine still though. $200 for dealer to diagnose and will be another $600 parts and labor to them to fix it.
