You need to hook up the clutch fork to the u bracket and install return spring. Then deal with shifter linkage

One other thing: The shifter to transmission linkages won't align if the adjusters are at the top. They have to be at the transmission. The bent ends go to the steering column.
Notice that they hang below the arms on the column:
