1. Keep what you got. When the warranties out put the S&S pump DCR on it. Then you will have a truck more reliable than a new one (as far a fuel systems) go
2. Put the money you would have spent in the stock market
.If people will quit buying stuff they don't need at these outrageous prices they will come back down. Maybe in 5 years look again at new.. but unless you plan on using it a whole lot more when you retire that truck will last a loooong time.

Customer Incentives have been almost non existent, although I've read of some pretty generous aged inventory rebate (haven't seen it myself), and I have never seen 0% financing on a Super Duty here on the west coast. I expect manufacturer rebates/incentives will increase in the near future.

Dealer discounts off of MSRP started to make a come back several months ago.
