Flexible fuel line replacement with push-locks?

Hey all,

Making upgrades to my 91' f150 project; polished up the stock fuel rails real nice, and added a surge tank/boost pump beneath the cab. What I need to do, is replace the rigid nylon hose between the fuel rail pieces, and what I'd like to do, is replace the work, kinked nylon lines from the surge tank (stock line currently installed to tank with push lock or barbed fittings) up to the rigid metal fuel lines that connect to the fuel rail.

My issue, is that I cannot locate a product that is a flexible rubber or similar hose suitable for fuel and pressure, for use with push lock/barbed fittings with hose clamps.

The rubber hose I find is not suitable for fuel use, or is braded and would require me to start over with new fuel rails as stock rails have the push locks from rail to rail, and the rigid lines to the rails themselves are also barbed to the nylon send and return lines.

Is there a product or manufacturer out there that makes a EFI pressure rated fuel hose I can use without having to make or install special hose ends for?

You lost me. Why did you install a “surge tank/boost pump” when the stock pump in the tank delivers more pressure and volume than the engine needs? I also don’t know what you mean about the fuel rail. The spring lock connections are part of the hard lines and not part of the flex lines connecting the two halves of the rail assembly. Would you post a picture of what you are looking to replace?

Performance 408 build; I'm installing a substantially larger cam in the engine, and based on my data log, my 30# injectors are maxed out at 90% duty cycle at 40 psI rail pressure, so I added the tank/pump combo to give me both more psi and flow capabilities with stock in-tank pumps.

Pics should provide some clarity. Appreciate the feedback.

Need to connect the fuel rail halves at the front and back.

I would prefer to replace the rail supply and return you see here, from the surge tank below, to the chrome hard line you see here. You are correct that this is a locking mechanism between the hard line and the latter, but the fitting on the nylon half of the connection going back underneath the cab is a barbed fitting.
