FWIW - Just got one in my email this morning. $2000 for superduty and $4000 for F150, Expy, and Lightning. I'm a little disappointed that it came since that $4000 might have been enough incentive to buy an Expedition.
I got one in my email this morning, also. $2,000 off a Super Duty. Expires July 8th
Save $3,000 on a new F‑150®, F‑150 Lightning®, or Expedition®; $1,250 on Super Duty®, Explorer®, Bronco®, Bronco Sport, Mustang Mach‑E®, Escape®, or Edge®; $750 on most other vehicles.* And because you’re such a valued customer, you can combine this incentive with other offers available to everyone else — on a vehicle in stock or one you custom order. But this exclusive offer won’t be around forever. So, head to your dealer before it expires on July 8, 2024.

Would it be possible to scan and upload the pdf? I haven't received one in quite a while.

That wont do you any good, its in my name with a number attached to it, i also assume they have my address tied to it in the actual Vincent computer system. They do that to prevent exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
I got a PCO for $2500 on any F150 or $2000 towards a Super Duty in my email 2 days ago. Says it can be used with any other offer and discount. I'm not giving them any more money towards a new vehicle. They've been pestering me with junk mail about buying an EV. They've lost over $30k on the sale of every EV and just laid off over half the Lightning plant. They are desperate to unload anything right now cause all the lots I've driven by are full and so are the service departments.

The Rouge EV plant is going from 3 shifts to one. No one is being laid off. Of the 2100 workers 700 are staying, 700 will be transferred to the Bronco plant and the remains 700 will either retire with a $50,000 bonus or be reassigned to the Southeast Michigan plant where they are adding a third shift. The $50,000 retirement bonus was part of the recent contract agreement talks.
EV deliveries are still increasing but not at the rate projected. Ford is the #2 EV producer in the US. EVs are here to stay. The Lightning while it’s not for everyone is an amazing vehicle if it meets your usage profile. It’s economical to run, quiet, smooth, Lightning fast and rides great

EVs are trash. Ford sucks at manufacturing electrical components so I would absolutely never put my trust in anything fully electric they built with a co-op from China. They do not hold their value and parts are astronomical. There is a reason the government is subsidizing them so hard and it isnt because they are the answer to any problems.

Anyone who voluntarily retired early with a bonus wouldn’t consider themselves as being laid off. Employees close to retirement welcome that offer and those ready to retire jump on the offer. One third of the work force at the Rouge plant qualified and were offered the deal. Not all who qualified (age and years employed) took it and those who wanted to continue to work were reassigned to another Michigan plant.
I took just such a deal from my company when I was retirement eligible. At that time they offered leave work now with one year continuous pay and at the end of the year I would retire with full retirement benefits. I was thrilled and I jumped on it.
I wouldn’t classify EVs as “trash”. Ford, GM and Stellantis are learning just like Tesla and BYD. Most anyone who has owned an EV will never go back. Most will tell you that their EV (Tesla, Lightning, Mach-e, Nissan, KIA, etc) is the best vehicle they have ever owned. As I stated earlier, they are not for everyone just like a super duty diesel is not for everyone. Take a free demo drive in a Tesla or Lightning and you will understand. They are Amazing vehicles.
Don't be so foolish. The people being offered the early retirement buyout are being laid-off under a different name. They are higher paid but not all are old. This is how the auto industy has culled the herd for years. My brother's best friend worked for GM for 5 years and was offered "early retirement buyout" with a plan just like that but the article you read has fooled you. This is just another way of them getting rid of employees but they have to buy them out. They're being let go so if Ford swells the work force again they can start people at the bottom of the ladder saving themselves more money.
How is going from 3 shifts to 1 a good indicator of EVs being more widely used? There is no demand for EVs and this is proof. Ford is losing Billions of dollars every year because of this side of the business and they're cutting corners on every other vehicle they build to fund it. I personally miss the Ford who wasn't building electric vehicles at a $30k loss each and no resale value.

Here are the true facts and details of the UAW retirement deal that was offered to all Rouge Plant employees who qualified 1/3rd or 700 of the 2100 of the employees met the eligibility requirements. It was voluntary, not mandatory. If you didn't want to take it you would still remained employed, either at the Rouge Plant, the Bronco plant or the Michigan plant.
Here are the facts of the deal negotiated last year with the UAW that was just extended to Rouge plant employees. Your Brother's best friend with 5 years of employment would have to have been 65 years old to be eligible. Who is being fooled?
"Ford’s 2024 retirement incentive program also offers pre-tax lump sum $50,000 buyouts to eligible employees, who must sign up by the first of March if they want to take advantage of it. There is no limit to how many skilled trade and production employees can take this offer, but to be eligible, UAW members must have at least 30 years of service at any age, be 55 years old with a minimum of 10 years of service, or be 65 years old with at least one year of service. The same payout is also being offered to UAW workers who retired between the first of the year and now"
Geez guys… I just want Ford to send me one of those PCO’s for a super duty. Isn’t that the topic here?
Thanks for reminding us!
The formula for generating a PCO is a mystery. Some of us like me have been fortunate to get them almost every year. I had 2 last year that I used. Another that expired 4/2 this year. I have no idea why I get them. Some come as email. Some show up as a message in Ford Pass. Some via US mail from local dealer mailings. I even got one from a Farm Bureau email that I was not aware of until I got their email. The last one was a $6,000 transition private offer the dealer told me I had when I was finalizing delivery paperwork.
