I'm lost, rough running
So I have a 1995 f150 302 4x4 obd 1 and I have codes 565 10 (hold code or something like that) then 173 I replaced O2 sensor didn't fix it iv done plugs, wires, pick up coil, cap, rotor, new O2 sensor pig tail, ignition coil, ignition control module still nothing. When I have the O2 sensor plugged in the truck runs like dog**** if I have it unplugged truck runs pretty good but definitely runs rich. Then I also have this weird rattling sound best I can explain the sound as but it happens when I'm almost out of over drive you can hear it and it gets louder the closer to being out of that gear. If anyone can point me in any direction I'm lost

Had something similar and changed O2 sensor twice and map sensor. Then finally the correct code tripped for the Incoming Air Temp sensor. Pull that out of the intake and clean it off and put it back in. See if that helps, or just replace it.
For the 565, you are probably sucking charcoal out of the canister. It just fiddled with the solenoid valve till it closed, and put a cheap lawnmower fuel filter between the canister and valve to catch debris.
