You're not tellling me what I don't already know, I've built a few websites (Raw HTML) coding. My question is, why aren't those with access utilizing protocols to eliminate disturbances that are regularly reported?

AFAIK no one has reported a post from the "joke" thread in question.

If you find something that violates the Guidelines, report it.

If you report stuff make sure it's a guidelines issue, not just because it's something YOU don't care to see.

If you don't like it, don't look at it.
