800 miles from home towing my camper and my rear pinion seal started leaking. It’s not gushing but slinging oil around, do y’all think I can make it home or need no rush into dealership. 2019 f250 6.7l with only 32k and the sterling 10.5. I am kind of at a loss why at such low miles.
A very small amount of leaked oil will create a huge mess.
You're probably good to make it home, but as said above, fairly easy to add some to the diff, so get a quart and top it off.
Proper level is 1/4" below the fill hole, but since it is leaking then you might just fill to the edge of the fill hole.
I agree with the above and say to look every time you stop for increased signs of leaking...like big spots on the tail gate or drips on ground. That's not likely a worn seal, something got in it to cause relatively fast failure.
How many miles? Fluid ever changed on schedule? One thing I would definitely check is the vent tube. Make sure air can flow freely through it.
32k miles, I checked the tube and it’s clear.

Definitely do not ignore it. I had mine fixed at 4 Wheel Parts because the dealer was so backed up a couple years ago.
Yea, it looks like it’s slung everywhere but it’s not dripping. There is a local dealer and my fear is I take it in and they keep my truck for a month.
My truck had pinion seal leak last year. Dealer scheduled a week or so out, and had it for couple days to replace the seal. It’s not leaked since but now has gear whine on coast, which is usually a sign of low pinion preload.
For sure keep it topped off and get it fixed, but likely won’t get fixed quick if you just pull into a dealership somewhere.

They probably will have it done in a day but won't be able to actually get you in for a month. In the meantime you can order the parts and give them to the tech to eliminate delays. Likely only need the pinion seal and crush sleeve.
Are sure that there was none of this pre-trip? If it were me, while following the check level/fill if needed advice that was already mentioned, I'd get a can of brake cleaner and wash off the oily area as best as possible. Then you might be able to better assess the severity of the leak. Like was already said, a little oil spreads a long way.
Park the truck on a hill facing downhill so the fluid sits up against the pinion seal and come back in an hour to see if its even dripping. If its just a weep id check fluid level and run it home checking every 50 miles or so just incase. Mine was done under warranty around 5800mi. I waited while they did it as its only a 2 hour job.

I stopped at a dealer in the area and they told me 3 weeks out. But then the service manager heard me talking and came out to look and said he was ordering parts and would get me in on Monday. Said if it was seeping he’d send me on my way but then his mechanic took a look and said it needed to be addressed asap.

3 weeks ago it was at the dealer where they did a multipoint inspection for me and replaced 3 cameras under the TSB, and a few days ago I did an oil change and fuel filters (myself of course) I would have seen or smelled it for sure.

I had my pinion seal replaced, soon as i left the dealer heard the whine when i took my foot of the accelerator. That is the damage to my locker that was discovered by the shop that did my 4.30 gears.
