@SmokeyMcStrokey I just ended up using some hardware store grade 8's. I think I used regular hex heads on the manifold side, and higher quality allen heads on the top due to clearance.

Black Horse racing on Ebay has some decent ones I have used. They fit, were 1/4 of the price, and held up just fine. They were stainless. I put them on a 2002 SD. Not everyone can drop $800 for some up-pipes. I am all about American, whatever that means these days, but.......I like money in my pocket and other parts too.
