Power locks locking then unlocking when turning key

Power locks locking then unlocking when turning key
Just bought this 2014 F250 Lariat. It came with two keys. When I insert one of the keys and turn it to run, the locks lock, then immediately unlock. However, the other key does not do this. Any ideas why this is?

Might have something to do with a previous owner's "My Key" settings.
