Intermittent sputter/engine hesitation

I’ve got a 95 f150 with a 300 l6 5 speed manual. I have an issue with an engine hesitation, especially when accelerating. It runs fantastic driving around town, but when put on the highway after about 30 minutes it starts to sputter. Any input would be greatly appreciated as I am 17 and don’t have the money to fire the parts cannon. It’s not pulling codes. But I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, o2 sensors, fuel pump relay, ignition control module, and checked for vacuum leaks.

really not the right section for a 95 truck with fuel injection but you can put a gauge on the schrader valve on your fuel rail and at least verify your fuel pressure. Doing it after 30 minutes would make me think a bad ignition component that gets worse when heat soaked. I would think it would throw some code but idk, I’ve messed with a few eec-iv trucks with “obd1” codes and hate them. You’re checking with a code reader or counting the check engine light flashes I assume?

one common thing to go bad on these is the profile ignition pickup (pip), also referred to as a camshaft position sensor in the distributor. It’s hard to diagnose these things without a multimeter and even an oscilliscope and a lot of electrical expertise.

so you fired the parts canon at it, ran out of money and now you are here.

Did you learn anything?
I dont mean to be rude but youre 17 and most of us would do similar stuff at 17, hell. I think I did literally with my OBS. But that was 8 years ago and I learned a lot.

Before anything, explain the code thing. What do you mean it is not pulling codes., can you explain the procedure you attempted to pull codes?

And it sputters at speed on the highway, does it sputter at low speed too? Like by getting off the freeway?
Is your ignition module you taken off the truckl still in your posessionj? as long as it was original (would say MOTORCRAFT on it and be black) you would be best to keep it.

Take a picture of the side of the engine like this:

Take one like this, this picture is of the air intake duct removed

this is a picture of the OEM coil on my truck (left) I only include it because a coil can degrade over time even with low milage, and id like you to also take a picture of the coil up close with the wire off the top (to remove wire, twist back and forth a bit before attempting to pull off by tightly gripping the boot at the coil connection, donjt yank on the cable at all.)

Can you take a picture like this but include the serpentine belt in the photo a bit more thamn my angle here. This is a different year than yours so it wont look just like mine but its close.
