Hello from Kansas

I have driven a F150 since 1999. We bought a new 99 F150 and it was my daily driver until I traded it off in 2013 for a 2011 F150. She had 217,000 miles at the time and was starting to blow blue smoke. It seemed like the right thing to do at the time since I didn't have the time or finances to rebuild the engine. I really like the 2011 truck outside of my cab corners are already rusting.

I didn't join this group because of my F150. My wife has MS and is being fitted for a new wheelchair which will give her a lot better quality of life. The problem was that the new chair would not work with our old van. So, I found a '99 E150 van that already has a lift that will pick up my wife and chair so that she can drive into the back of the van. Since i don't know much about these vans, I decided I needed to find a forum where I can learn.

I look forward to getting to know you as I make this van ours with our personal touches.
