You just need 19B680 correct? If you can not find one in the links from Red Road, I am sure I have one or 2 on my parts stash. And I seem to remember one that is like new. Off to the parts shed to get eyes on it.
Thanks for the diagram. It should be mentioned that this diagram is for models with air conditioning. Models w/o AC don't have the vent that sits on either end of the dash.
Good point to bring up and the fresh air heater box looks like this. Yes NONE a/c truck does not have dash vents. Yes you only get defrost and floor heat.
Now I gotta go look. My '77's factory AC is part '73, and part '79 .... but I think I used the '79 ducts, etc as the '73 parts were sketchy at best in 1986 when I did it. I know I used the '73 heater core. I know for a fact that the duct behind the gauge cluster is molded plastic, and I think the others are too. Plastic even in the flex portion, not cloth like ....
I believe you can use the hard plastic piece #(19B680) will also need #19926 in place of the cloth one (#19B680) where it comes from the middle over to the dvrs side. Truck has same pieces as Bronco.
