I rebuilt my turbo on early 04 6.0 using spoologic kit. Also used a wicked wheel. New vanes and unison ring. Made sure the plunger was timed correctly. Did vgt relearn. No power. Turbines spin freely, so no binding. Checked the maf inlet and tube , both clear. Replaced vgt solenoid with a known good one. EBP sensor is new and tube is clear. No exhaust leaks. Not show what to do.

P132b (not P123b) means that your PCM flash isn't using the EBP sensor for turbo control. It is a code for the "Inferred EBP" flash.
