Fuel pump wiring mess

Hello I have a 88 single cab long bed custom extremely Base model inline 6 single fuel tank but has two fuel pumps it has a clicky clacky on the frame and it is factory Ford stamped on the fuel pump and factory fuel lines still hooked to it but has a regular fuel pump in the tank both fuel pumps work but the clicky clacky is rednecked into the fuse box truck runs but the fuel pumps don't shut off after you turn the key on like it's supposed to for priming they just keep on and the fuel relay has constant power going to the fuel pump in the tank which makes me believe the computer isn't working right same thing for the IAC unless it's unplugged it just high idles the whole time do y'all think it's a computer issue or something else thanks I don't want to waste money buying a computer if I ain't got to, oh one more thing the anti-brake light is on but the truck doesn't have an ABS module and the battery light is on but the alternator and everything is working properly charging at 14.2v🤷🤷

I get the sense of humor with the clicky clacky reference, but for troubleshooting reference, are you referring to a Single Function Reservoir?
There aren't wires to a factory Single Function Reservoir.
If the fuel pump continuously runs, instead of shutting off after two seconds, that's one indication of a failed ECM or failed capacitors on the ECM circuit board.

Two fuel pumps is correct for that fuel system. There is a low pressure pump in the tank going to the fuel reservoir and then to the high pressure pump on the frame rail. I’m not sure what you mean by a “clicky clacky.”

Agree. A continuously running fuel pump with the key in RUN and the engine off is a sign that the computer is bad. What happens when you unplug the IAC? Does the engine barely run or dies or something else?

An ‘88 would have rear wheel anti-lock brakes (RABS). The sensor is on top of the rear differential and hydraulic control unit is on the frame rail near the high pressure fuel pump.
