During a intense round of seeing how many beers i can drink and still Mig weld. I forgot to document the measurements of my front end. Do any of you FORD experts know exactly where the radiator mount holes are on the the frame ? I welded a new plate on both my front end.
Maybe you can figure it out from here? Excerpts from a body builders layout book. Can be found here maybe? https://www.fordification.net/tech/bodybuilder78.htm I seem to remember a fellow FTE members making a layed out measurement diagram/pic of that area. I am looking to the pic.

If you mean right to left, they'll be same as holes on core support ... 32.04" center to center ... or 16.02" from the frame center line. 32.04" is less than 32-3/64" which is just a hare's breath over 32".
If you mean forwards to back .... you might need to mount core support to inner fender aprons to mark ... but. I'll aim to grab a meaningful measure today from frame bumper surface end <> back to hole centers.
Thanks for all the info ! Really helps..
The front to back measurement is what is stumping me.
OK, my '77 is a 4x4 F-150, but I once compared it side by side to a '77 F-250 4x4, frame was the same except for a few suspension points due to differences in my coils and his leaf springs, etc. Frame rails were exact same, even most unused holes were the same. 4x4s have different front cross members than 2x4s.
From the very tip of the round end of the frame where the front bumper mounts on mine is 9-3/4" back to the hole centers. To the cross member face over the front axle to those holes is 5-3/4" on my truck. Was 15-1/2" from the tip of the frame rail behind the bumper to the cross member. See where that fits.
A little late, but if you want to compare. I have my 77-1/2 F250 down to the frame now. The reference hole is the rear bolt on the front shackle. The line was squared up from underneath where there is no curve like above.
