My 01 6.8 has me frustrated, getting rich codes in banks 1 and 2, new MAF, FPR, Fuel filter, injectors, intake manifold gasket ( ford said that was the problem $2300 later it’s worse), IAC, and now it’s starting to miss fire, can’t even drive it, only 130k miles. any more suggestions would be appreciated
Intake gasket problems would have it running lean, not rich. I'd take it back to Ford and say something like: You diagnosed the problem and said X, Y, and Z would fix it, and it is not fixed, therefore I would like a refund or for you to actually fix it".
I know: Odds are slim this would work.
One thing I haven't heard here: Has the engine air filter been replaced?
Are you only getting the rich codes, nothing else?
Something with both banks being too rich makes me think either air filter (as previous poster mentioned) or the MAF. You mentioned you changed the MAF already, but it would be good to get the live data and see what it is reading. Look at mass air flow, temperature, barometric, etc. I don't have my diagnostics manual nearby but can provide the values it should be if you can get the data. (I bought a new MAF a few years back and it was actually faulty).
Pull the MAF plug check for corrosion. Check the MAF wiring to make sure there is no damage... I'd concentrate there first if it were me.

has banks ram air washable filter clean it every 3k miles
Bad news found that ford did not put the gasket back on that mates up with the throttle body and intake manifold, its been running rich for so long now that I fixed it myself, went to change the oil and complete glitter party. Guessing all the unburned fuel destroyed my internals.
that o=ring is the gasket for the plastic housing, what i do see is the broken out section of the housing that fails to seat the o-ring properly,
the gasket you show will help seal a bit better but a new housing should be used,
glitter in the oil? SORRY but i'd be checking the prices on long blocks and labor before going any deeper ,
