I can make 5.14 out of that second picture.

The B100 doesn't appear to have much aftermarket support, limiting you to the secondary market. Even there, the 4.86 can be quite elusive. The Ford part number is B6Y-4209-A / TCAJ-4209-B.

I'll warn you that there is a listing on the internet under the B6Y-4209-A part number in a Ford box that is labeled B6Y-4209-A, but if you count the teeth, it is 35/6 making it a 5.83 gear set.

You can always give Chuck's Trucks LLC a call and see what they have on hand in their serviceable used inventory. He sometimes has surprising things.
