I have a 1995 f150 with a Brand New 302(1800 Miles) E40D Tranny and its on 6" lift with 35"s, 3.55 gears. I am getting 6 MPG and I cannot find out why, It has CEL with codes 565,212,332, and 334 but I'm cant seem to find a fix for those codes online anywhere. I dont drive very crazy or anything, Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

How's your O2 sensor? The engine is new, but is any of the old emissions stuff hooked up? Here's a code guide, from what I see, most of yours are related to emissions. .https://www.troublecodes.net/ford/

You need 4.56 gears. And you have recalibrated the speedo for those tires correct? If the answer to both of those is no this is your milage problem.

565 - Canister Purge 1 solenoid/circuit failure. Is the solenoid still present or has the truck been "desmogged"?
212 - Ignition TACH signal was erratic (module/wiring) or SPOUT circuit fault. Check timing to verify it is advancing correctly, also verify that the correct Black colored ignition module is installed.
332 - EGR did not open/respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittantly. This may just be operator error during the self test or.. see below
334 - EVP sensor is/was high. This is the sensor on top of the EGR valve, are the EGR components present?
Good info above. Not knocking it, but a 302 lifted on 35s is not gonna get good mpgs. You can regear it like suggested above. Just know that'll lower your highway driving experience (higher rpms at highway speed)
Alot if the codes above are emissions related. Are you running headers on this beast? Can't imagine too many folks building a 302 amd leaving stock manifolds on, but it happens.
If you have deleted the smog pump and egr valve, then you'll need to have the exm tuned.
Recalibration your speedo is pretty easy, you can do it yourself. This will not only help your speedo dosplay the correct speed, but also can help the E4OD function properlyer
6" lift with 35"s, 3.55...

That right there is all you need to state, however you missed stating you have aggressive Mud Tires on the truck.
The code issues being addressed could help some.
Small engine working hard.
Wrong gearing
Skinny pedal and brake versus coast use may make a bit of change.
Higher quality oil may help, maybe not.
Overhaul your maintenance routine, may help.

FROM THE PDF: 212 Ignition control module (ICM) -ignition diagnostic monitor (10M) signal missing Wiring, ICM, ECM
You could be stuck in LIMP Mode. Advance dialed back, lower horsepower mode. You may be driving deeper into the pedal to compensate.
The Tires they have already pointed out. But the only code that really matters is the 212.
The truck has aftermarket shorty headers aswell as a k&n cold air intake. it has all the original emissions stuff. the previous owner is the one who did the lift and bigger tires so im not 100% sure if he recalibrated the speedo but it doesnt seem like it as at highway speeds it is off by around 10mph

There is the big one right there. If your speedo is off by 10mph then your odometer is off as well. So every 60 miles, you are actually covering 70. So say you get 120 miles out of a tank, you really got 140. That is compounded by excessively poor gearing for those tires with a 302/5.0. You need 4.56 with a manual. If it is an auto a minimum of 4.56s bordering on 4.88s. I have been down that road with lifted 5.0 trucks. And I can tell you from firsthand personal experience, any less gearing is pointless.

I ran the ‘87 Bronco that way for many years but that has a C6. It consistently got 13-14 mpg.

I think this is the major problem. Bad math from the speedometer/odometer being wrong.
