Odd Message On Screen
22 F250 XLT. I'm in SoCal near the I15. When travelling north approaching home I get a message that says "serious fire between 138 and Oak Hill". I get his message rain or shine. There is no fire. When traveling southbound near 91/15 interchange I start getting warnings about objects in the road. Every time. Again no objects in the road. Does anyone see stuff like this? Is there a fix or reset?

I don't have the navigation package on my 23 XLT, but I have seen odd messages like this on my 19 Fusion hybrid occasionally. It randomly pops up and sometimes lasts a couple of weeks and then disappears.

I'm also a SoCal guy and get this same message in the general area you are mentioning. I also get the "serious fire" message in a few other areas but I can't tell you exactly where until I drive them again. Have you ever received the "animals on road" message? I get this one from time to time as well but would have to pay closer attention to exactly where. I'm regularly on I15, 395 and I40 so it has to be happening around there.

I said “the greater L.A. basin” not L.A. That whole area now is L.A. in my opinion starting from Victorville aka… (Victomville) and Palmdale.
