Door jamb seals
I cleaned my truck Sunday morning and while wiping the inside edges of the doors I noticed that the seals don't seam to seal as well as I suspected.
Does anyone else seam to notice this?
I cleaned a lot of sandy soil out of the seals, and off the painted edges along the bottom of the door frames. And I don't even take my truck off the pavement!

The SD's are a very poorly designed truck. I was an aircraft mech for 35 years and know good engineering and design when I see it and this truck sure isn't it. When I looked at the bottom door seals I thought what idiot would install a loose seal, only held on with 8 rubber **** inserted into door, where salt,sand,mud could gather. I can see the bottom of these doors rusting out in no time. While Iam venting what nut desigined the "Y'" pipe coming off the engine ,talk about restricting exh. flow or the front suspension that squeaks,my 2004 only has 480 miles on it ,or the poorly designed steering system etc.etc
