I got the hardware, but this bolt that is stripped out is causing some major problems, ive tried everything, I am going to weld a nut to it and try that. I cant get grinders or any tools back in there hopefully I have enough room to get my gun and clamp in there. I had to custom make some hardware via angle grinder as there is not any room back behind the heads, I just cut a center section out of a bolt and welded it back up.

Will keep everyone updated on this issue.

Well its been a crazy day, but I finally got the exhaust ports plugged, I got a grinder on the bolt and managed to grind it out. Went and got some new hardware because the physical bolt size is 5/8-11 I didn't seem to comprehend that before. It is acting a lot better, going to be taking it on the highway here shortly and will keep the updates rolling in, thanks for everyone's help.
