Problems with Ford Sync

I’m starting to have issues with the Sync system in my truck, a 2015 Lariet. Went for a drive today and noticed Sync would not let me select the Bluetooth media so I could listen to music on my phone. It is also not displaying outside air temp. All other Sync functions seem to be working correctly. I’ve tried resetting the Bluetooth on my phone, and deleting my phone and repairing. No luck.
any ideas?

Is it still doing this after the truck has been on and off a few times? Could try disconnecting the battery for a bit and see if resetting fixes it?
