Offenhauser intake I.D. help needed.
It is not a "dual port", and the "c series" that I see do not have the 4 individual holes, but an open plenum from the carb mount.
The only markings on it are "360" and of course the "Offenhauser" insignia.
it is a split runner system. The "engine side" two holes are divided from the "outside" two holes, and the "wall" ends right in the center of the runners going to the second from the end cylinders (cyl # 2 and 5)
Anyone seen one before?

"This intake predates the C series, ultimately what is now the C series match plate used to be the Equaflow, when Offy introduced the Dual Port they decided to retire the equaflow and make it into the Competition. The intake you have is the original 240/300 offy intake part number 5886. This wood pattern was used to make all of them"
And, if you look at the same pic, it appears as if the carb mounting surface is tilted slightly forward, towards the radiator.
Cool as hell tho. I like that the CEO responded and showed a pic of the original wood pattern.

Also, the carb surface is tilted on all of these. The engine is tilted back, and this angle makes the carb sit level when installed.
