Another old car type project
A sure-fire profit maker, less complicated than the runningboards, is the battleship linoleum floor covering for the Suburbans and Chevy trucks. The linoleum just has to be grooved and then glued to the marine plywood floors. The plywood cannot be removed and replaced without buying two sheets and disrupting a lot of metalwork. The original plywood is one sheet.
