cam ?

will a cam that has 108 int. lobe ctr. and 116 exh. lobe ctr good for 91 mass air 302

Supposed too. You have to keep in mind that mass air only takes care of the idle. YOu still either have to use a programmer or chip to really take advantage of the modifications such as cam, heads, etc.. Later

oh yeah forgot about that stuff. but it does not matter now because i talked my girlfriend in to it now so i am going to leave it carbed. what would make more power stock efi or 600 1406 carb with a weiend intake. thanks for your help

Well unless you have the desire to tune an efi system the carb will make more power for you. However a well tuned efi system can't be beat as far as throttle response, cold starts, fuel efficiency, etc.. In the case of you or I where we don't have wide band o2 sensors and dyno access, then the old carb will do the trick. Have fun, let me/this board know how your swap goes. i did have some pics but i deleted them but i will go do it again. and don't laugh at the color it used to be gold and it was a very good deal. i got it for 650 dollars all it needed was to be was cleaned up. i want to put a cobra r style hood on it soon.

Well I will say this, the paint is definitely different, or at least I have yet to see that color around here. I like it though, not that you care, haha. Looks like a great car to build up. Keep me updated on your progress, if you have the interest, and let me know what that thing ends up running in the 1/4 or 1/8 should you take it to the drag strip. Good luck with your t-bird, later

i am going to swap the heads. first i gotta get the gt40 heads rebuilt and put them on my motor along with a port job hopefully. then put the tbird motor back in the truck because i really like my ext. cab beater. well it needs shocks, drivers window back brakes need work dents all in it. i accidentaly ran over the back end with the tracker a while back. any i like that truck. it is indestructable. my t bird is going to fly. and it will sound good to

it is supposed to be something like champaigne color, whatever it is it will be changed. it used to be gold, they did not even sand it or primer it. just painted over
