So I recently got tired of my truck pulling to the left and decided for a second alignment (it had one 6 months ago when I bought it). First sheet is the original settings where it pulled to the left mildly. Second sheet is from 2 days ago when Ford attempted to align, but said I needed camber/caster sleeves and upped the price for the alignment $300, so I told them to take my truck off the rack and I would figure it out myself. I took it to a independent shop today (town of 400 people, excellent guys that are trying their best to help me.....) and they zeroed out the toe and guess what, it still pulls to the left, they admitted to not know much about Fords. What needs adjusted to get my truck driving straight? Pay no attention to the "current toe" on the second sheet, the steering wheel was presumably crooked. What changed between the 2 alignments was I added 4 new Bilstein 5100's, a Bilstein steering stabilizer, a OEM trac bar and a OEM drag link and end. No matter what, it pulls to the left.
Tires c@n cause a pull. Have you or a shop tried moving tires around?
Yes, twice now in the 5k miles I have had it. The tires were put on new by the dealer when I bought it. Last week, I had Discount Tire road force them, all good there. I have rotated them as: fronts side to side, no change for 3K miles, then RR to LF and LR to RF at the same time for the last few thousand miles. Did you look at my specs?
I’ll take a screenshot of my alignment check from a few weeks ago that FORD did after my new tires got installed. My truck drives straight so you’ll have a comparison. Which side is your 4x4 unjoint bad on?

That would be awesome, I appreciate it! I am stock height 2019 F250 on 295/70/18 Falkens. The passenger u-joint is bad, I am replacing it Thursday. Ford tech assured me that the bad u-joint had no affect on alignment, but wanted $508 to install camber/caster sleeves and align. I hate to bite that bullet, but may have to.........
Sounds like you've spent a lot of money on shocks and front suspension parts
300.00 isn't anything if it resolves the issue. Why didn't you allow Ford to complete?
They wanted $508, original quote was $130 for the alignment, then they told me that would rather fix my bad u-joint for $2400, then do the alignment because "the truck just isn't safe to drive with a bad u-joint" which is horse ****. I am fixing it myself for $200 (entire new axle shaft assembly from Spicer). So basically, they pissed me off with their pressure tactic and I told them to take my truck off their lift and left. Do you have anything to add as to why my truck is still pulling left?

‘no problem, I’ll get it in the morning. Raining and it’s in the truck
It looks like the previous camber measurements that had you concerned have been resolved without caster/camber sleeves.
Yes, the latest specs are good on caster, todays specs for camber, I cant remember, but the screen showed both to be in the green, so the tech thought all he had to do was adjust toe, which I think it showed to the left on both wheels at .2 and .2, so he got them both set to zero, took it for a drive and literally no change, pulled to the left still and now my steering wheel is crooked more than when I took it in. Thats a easy fix and I adjusted it myself after replacing the drag link and end 5 months ago.
