My 1999 f-250 -In my HVAC panel, the temperature dial doesn't work. It blows cold air in the winter and hot air in the summer. Once in a blue moon, it will work for a few minutes then I hear a click then it does its own thing.
I decided to swap out the panel and while doing so found one of the modules was melted. I thought, well this can't be good. Do any of you know if I can purchase this and where? I can't quite read the numbers but I am no vehicle person for sure. Any input would be appreciated if this would even affect the ailing temperature dial. BTW, swapping out the HVAC panel didn't help. Thanks!
If anyone knows the size and type of screw to put the HVAC back in please tell me. The guy that took it apart for me didn't leave the screws, thanks again!
