Is it in time correctly?
Can you smell gas after turning it over?
When did it start doing this, was it after you replaced a part or did it just do it one day?

Start with the basics.
Do you have spark?
Do you have fuel? A fuel pressure gauge a a noid light will tell you if your getting fuel. Both are available as a free rental at auto parts stores.
I assume you have compression.

How much fuel? What is the pressure? You should look a little closer at the engine. That is not a V6

You mentioned there's power at the plugs, but it's important to ensure there's a strong, consistent spark. A weak spark could be the issue. Also, an often-overlooked issue is an obstructed exhaust. If the catalytic converter is clogged, it can prevent the engine from starting.

How do you know you have fuel spraying into the intake manifold? Tell us more information or we can't help you.
Have you tried spraying ether in the throttle body to see if it'll fire over for a few rotations?

So spraying starting fluid doesn’t work so that rules out fuel and you have spark. The only thing left is air.

Nothing you said here verifies you have fuel squirting into your intake manifold. Do you have fuel pressure? How much psi? Does the noid light blink when your cranking the engine?
But if it doesn't start with starting fluid, it doesn't matter.

Focus on your ignition system first.

Have you checked your timing with a timing light? Are you sure you reinstalled your distributor with the rotor pointing at the cyl #1 sparkplug wire when cylinder #1 is at tdc /on the compression stroke/?

I have 45 to 50 psi for fuel and have 145 to 150 psi on compression . I have spark on all plugs checked with a light.checked injectors with a node light all light up and go off plus you can here each injector click plus plugs get wet.and it will try to start with starter fluid.the only thing I have not checked so far is the timming gear it self
