With trucks like ours with center of gravity so high, everyone is just one idiot clipping our rear tires away from a roll over if the truck goes sideways and catch a crack or lip in the road.

as a single cab owner for a solid 3 weeks. i'm suddenly a huge single cab guy. i definitely was born in the wrong decade, cause single cabs, base model work trucks rock.

One thing about the super cab, if you can live with the short bed in your case, is that its a lot more vehicle for the money. It’s probably the best value in the Fseries line up.

If you don’t have passengers you can remove the 2 seat section and leave one fold up seat. Lots of room for stuff.

Like I said I’ve had both, and also super crews.

I like the super cab short bed for function, but I like the regular cab long bed for looks. I don’t really need the long bed could always put the tailgate down with a bed extender. Removing the rear super cab seats is a great idea. I’m gonna have to order either one seems like the only thing they stock our crew cabs around me.

Since we are now empty nesters, I did offer the get a regular cab F-250 or F-350 to cut down on costs. My wife said absolutely not. We went from a Super Cab to a Crew Cab and she isn't at all interested in a smaller cab.

Always have Regular cabs. Love the old school look. 95 and 96 F350. And current 22 f350.

I don’t let my wife pick my vehicles, She gets what she likes and I get what I like. We’ve been very happy with this arrangement.
