I just bought a 2010 XL F-150 with really low miles and I’m going to be replacing the door panels so I can have power windows. I cannot find any information online about this, so before I take my door panel apart, does anyone know the answer to this. Is there wiring for power windows in a XL F-150 or will I need to buy a new wiring harness? I will be buying a used door panel with the motor and all needed accessories.

I have an '09 XL I bought new.. the quick answer: NO, the XL does not come with the wiring harness for power windows etc in the doors... You can but them from Ford or a junk yard maybe..
What I did was buy the compatible connector (for the mirrors) and made my own harnesses, then I added extendable, power, heated trailer towing mirrors w/ turn signals and puddle lamps.
I tapped into the factory "points" for the correct power.. (note: I have the shop manual and wiring diagram for my '09)
Also note (in your case) you'll have to install window regulators, I never looked into it, but I assume the attachment points are there.

Hey been bashing my head against the wall on this issue. I grabbed some doors from a junk yard and have some power mirrors. I can get the mirrors to do stuff via poking the wiring connector with a battery and needles but the door I am trying to steal the wiring harness out of has the window down and I have not been able to get it to move.
I fully expect to make my own wiring harness. Do you mind sharing what you did with some reference diagrams...they say pictures are worth a thousand words....
