She's lucky he didn't leave her standing there, can you imagine what the rest of the trip would be like?? God bless Jerry! Man's a saint for dealing with that moron.
My pickup bed trailer sometimes (usually, always) has a mind of its own. Am getting better with the travel trailer tho. My wife is complete and total opposite of this "lady". Since still new to towing, in certain situations will have her behind trailer to be my eyes. I always tell her "Use your outside voice". Never fails, she'll run 50ft from behind the trailer to my window to tell me "You're really close to that tree".
This woman tho. That shriek! Only problem with leaving her on the side of the road is that she'll find her way home. And then???? We'd prolly be reading about Jerry.

That's prolly a good option. I do need to improve my skills tho. My biggest problem is parking here at home. I have a long steep driveway and have to squeak between a tree and the side of my house (and deal with a sloping side yard) so there's only 1 way to approach. The trailer crests the hill before the truck and exactly at the time I have to start snaking the trailer to the side. Puts me in a position where I can't see nuttin.

Grab the bottom of the steering wheel and turn in the direction you want to go. If holding the top it's the opposite or backwards and throws some folks off.
Less is more when making turning moves it's easier to correct.

Easier is the rear of the steer tires point in the direction the trailer will go.
So top or bottom of the steering wheel makes no difference.
