i think there might have been a few others, my 2005 250 v10 only needed 1 trip for a reflash to stop engine stalling at low speeds otherwise problem free .

I only had one optional front plastic wheel well. Didn't look funny. Heck, didn't even know it for weeks.

My build day of Nov 20/23 - 2024 350 Plat Tremor had the ABS light as well as 2 other lights on when test driving it. Turned out that the guy installing a wire harness to the left front wheel/caliper/area, failed to use the clips and push them in, to keep harness secure and out of the way and got cut in half. They soldered it back together and will replace it when new harness arrives. Quality, as promised by Jim Farley hasn't made it into my Garage yet, and surely am not about to hold my breath..
No P/S fluid leak yet

2017 F150 bought new, at 409 miles the brake booster went bad. 102K later, zero other mechanical failures. It was the best truck I have ever owned.

The quality issue is bad, but what is even worse is Ford is not doing anything to make 23/24 specific parts available in the parts supply chain. Tons of examples of owners of 23's and 24's needing parts and waiting 30-60 days or more. I am living that nightmare now. My truck went in to the dealer the middle of December for routine SW updates on a few modules, and the BCM got bricked. Has been over 30 days now and no one can provide a projected delivery date, and I have two Ford customer support cases open (One opened by the dealer, and one I opened through FordPRO as it is a fleet vehicle. Meanwhile, they are pumping hundreds of trucks off the lines at KTP and OTAP and they refuse to pull a module from one of the plants. As irritating as this is, it would be worse if it were my own $ tied up in the vehicle I can't drive due to Ford prioritizing new vehicle sales over keeping existing customer's on the road.

Mine is a problem child. Came with 2 dying batteries, both have been replaced. The speakers would randomly crank out static at about 10 million decibels when you started the truck. The new batteries were supposed to fix that, but now that I have new batteries it's started again. My screen (where is shows speed and all the temps, etc, not the radio/nav) freezes randomly. I want to love this truck but I'm getting nervous I have a $90k lemon. It will be back at the dealer again for the weird speaker noise thing.I've owned it for 8 months and this will be it's 3rd trip to get fixed already. Quality is not job 1, sorry.

I love my truck. Only issue I have is the ridiculous 2-1/2” of rake. A inch or so I could understand. Wish I could send it to dealer to have that corrected.
I welcome the rake. These are 3/4 & 1-ton trucks meant to haul and tow heavy things. I'm glad my truck sits level when I'm towing 12k, instead of doing the Carolina squat...

I have plow prep springs on my 23 so it doesn’t have much rake standing empty

hook up my excavator trailer and it sags bad stock. I think they make the SRW springs way too soft to begin. I’m okay with a stiffer ride if these damn things wouldn’t squat so much in the rear. For a 350 I feel it’s unacceptable.

this is my truck with over 16k on the trailer (decently heavy tongue weight with the extra bucket and jackhammer attachment up front) and the rear has air suspension with about 25psi in the bags for a decent stance.

My truck with no air in the bags squats hard all stock……if it was leveled without the rear air suspension I’d hate to see how it might sit. It’d be 3 inches lower in the back ready to pull a wheelie lol.

This past spring, we got a pallet of decorative river rock from Lowe's. My 3500 bed went down just a hair past level. I believe it was around 3000 lbs or so. Man, the ride sure was smooth though!

the updates bricking the truck seems to be a Ford wide issue, F150 owners are reporting it too.

GM has had similar issues lately with OTA updates on several truck models. Wonder if any manufacturer is experiencing this with cars or cuvs?

Early build 23' 7.3 w/ 16,500 miles. Replaced a leaking battery and trans could be a little smoother but otherwise I really like it.

My 2024 F450 Lariat just rolled 1,000 miles. Other than Apple car play suddenly dropping out and then picking back up after being on the road for a few hours (only ever happens once on longer trips), my truck has been flawless.
